PCBA Inspection

Quality management Policy:

Adoption of 5S, Lean Manufacturing.               
Products inspection is strictly conducted in compliance with internationallyrecognized workmanship standards(IPC-600E classⅡstandard).

For PCB assembly Quality: 

HYZK is equipped with 3 x AOI equipments, 1 X-Ray machine for inspectionon PCBAs, Flying Probe and ICT equipment for functional testing. In order toensure a high

 level of outgoing quality, we encourage our customers to allow usto functionally test products at YUP premises for the further insurance ofdefect-free products and minimizing

 RMAs. This also alleviates our customersfrom secondary processing and allowing us to be of further service.

·       Visual inspection: It mainly check the board thickness, surfaceroughness, and dimensions are accurate. You can use a ruler, precise calipers,or a magnifying glass for the 

inspection. It also includes checking the quality of theplating flux, positioning of components, and the electrical connectors.

·       AOI inspection: We do a 3D automated opticalinspection of  PCBs at a early stage of the production run. After the soldering stage, wedeploy the technique. The value of 

this is that we can detect flaws earlyenough and correct them.

·       X-Ray inspection: The magnification and resolution areimportant parameters for identifying the inspection capacities of a machine.AXI offers very high image resolution

 and magnification. Hence, it is able toaccurately inspect even the smallest of products,we use this when the PCB is very thin.

·       Electrostatic Discharge (ESD): Many components are sensitive toelectrostatic discharge and an ESD test ensures that production follows allsafe handling procedures. 

Elements that are part of highly sensitive electronicslike cameras, digital scales, and measuring devices need to pass an ESD checkto identify defects.

·       General electrical inspection: This involves two types of tests. Aconnecting performance test ensures that the connectivity of conductive patternsis in line with expectations. 

An insulating performance test also checks theinsulating resistors on the PCB planes are functioning correctly and pass allquality assurance checks.
